I've just got a new Zivio Boom and I plugged it into the USB port on my PC to charge it but instead of getting a charging light the Joby button just has a flashing red light and doesn't appear to charge at all.

My Zivio Boom constantly disconnects and reconnects to my Motorola Razr. Every 20 seconds or so it disconnects and then reconnects a few seconds later.

It will stay connected the entire time I am on a call, but start messing it up the second I hang up. It will mess up even when the phone and headset are sitting right next to eachother and both fully charged...

Is anyone experiencing trouble in \"multi-mode\" with an iPhone and a BlackBerry paired to their Zivio? I have an iPhone for personal use and a BlackBerry from work.

I've paired them successfully (individually) but only the BlackBerry will answer on the Zivio when in Multi-mode.

What the heck happened??? The Zivio was the best bluetooth headset ever, and Joby seems to have abandoned it. WTF?!? Is the company going out of business? I have to say, this does not give me a good feeling about Joby.

I too was shocked to learn of the discontinuance of the headset. It has been a phenomenal unit. Were the sales just not there, because everyone I have told about the headset went out and bought one?? Were there some internal conflicts in the company? I know you stated above that the market is saturated; however, your Bluetooth stood out amongst the masses as an innovative device and extremely usable in all environments.

The boom extension is something the other headset companies need to take note of. Lastly, is there any way your company may bring out the unit and continue to develop and progress forward with future editions?
