I just got my Zivio today. It's everything I expected - it looks good, it pairs easily to my iPhone, and, after some tweaking with the ear pieces and earhook, fits me great. However, right off the bat, I noticed a problem - it doesn't reconnect very well. If at all.
I have a Plantronics Voyager and, it's a little worn out now but if I get out of range, it automatically reconnects when I'm back in range. The Zivio doesn't do that. I pair it, I walk far enough enough for it to disconnect and walk back in the room and the Zivio is flashing blue constantly as it searches for the paired device. The only solution I seem to have found is to power cycle the Zivio. That is unacceptable! I can't keep doing that everytime I walk out of range. (I don't walk round with the headset in my ear when I'm at the office. Often, I leave the headset on my desk but I carry my iPhone around. ) I read the \"manual\" that came with the Zivio headset but there is no solution. How do I get it to automatically reconnect to my iPhone? Will it? Or is this particular headset I received just defective? Please help. Thank you!
